Our Process for Handling Notices

Upon receiving a complete and valid DMCA notice, we will:

  1. Review the notice to confirm it includes all legally required elements
  2. Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material in a timely manner, where appropriate
  3. Notify the party who posted the material (if applicable) that it has been removed
  4. Document the request and our response for our records

We reserve the right to reject incomplete, abusive, or clearly invalid takedown requests.

Filing a Counter-Notice

If you believe material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. To be effective, your counter-notice must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the United States, an appropriate judicial district), and that you will accept service of process from the party who submitted the original DMCA notice

Please send counter-notices to:

Email: info@thecryptomojo.com Subject line: DMCA Counter-Notice

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the removed material within the timeframe required by the DMCA, unless the original complaining party informs us that they have filed a court action seeking a restraining order against the alleged infringer.

Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to remove content, restrict access, or take other appropriate action against users or contributors who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright, in accordance with applicable law.
